Below is a list of resources for our current tenants. Tenants are responsible for setting up their own utilities, purchasing city of Worcester yellow trash bags for garbage disposal unless otherwise stated in their rental agreement, contacting maintenance when any issues arise within the apartment, and paying rent on time. Our FAQ page has information regarding rent, utilities, maintenance, and keys. Any non-emergency maintenance requests may be submitted using our request form below. All tenant emergencies should be reported either to our office directly (508-756-9220) or 9-1-1. Our apartment rules are outlined online and within every rental agreement.
