About Us

Worcester Quality Apartments is a locally owned and operated property management company. We focus on putting our community first.  We keep our office small, consisting of owner Ignatius, managers Wesley and Rebecca, assistant and translator Cynthia, and work with an equally small and dedicated maintenance team. Our goal is to give each tenant a personalized experience. We always welcome our tenants to stop by the office and talk with us about any concerns or suggestions they may have for the apartments. Due to the current Safer-At-Home guidelines, we encourage all current tenants to utilize remote communications (phone, email, or snail mail) for any non-emergency to minimize the risk of spreading Covid-19. About Our Office

Located in the historic Courtland Yard building at 372 Chandler St, our office is open weekdays from 9AM-4PM. We can be found on the second floor near the elevator. We are happy to make appointments outside of our regular hours or on weekends to meet with current tenants or applicants in person. Either call or email us to set up an appointment. During regular office hours, Rebecca and Cynthia can be reached at 508-756-9220. When we aren’t in the office our answering service, also available by 508-756-9220, will reach out immediately to our on-call maintenance crew for emergencies, or will leave a message for the office for non-emergencies. Likewise, someone can always be reached via email (itcrealty3@gmail.com).
