About Us

Worcester Quality Apartments is a locally owned and operated property management company. We focus on putting our community first.  We keep our office small, consisting of owner Ignatius, managers Rebecca and Edgar, assistant and translator Tiara, and we work with an equally small and dedicated maintenance team. Our goal is to give each tenant a personalized experience. We always welcome our tenants to stop by the office and talk with us about any concerns or suggestions they may have for the apartments. During business hours, emails will be replied to within two hours. If you are experiencing an emergency, please contact us by phone for prompter service—someone from our office is available to speak on the phone Monday-Friday 9AM-4PM, and on-call staff are available for assistance outside of regular business hours to collect messages or dispatch maintenance. About Our Office

Located in the historic Courtland Yard building at 372 Chandler St, our office is open weekdays from 9AM-4PM. We can be found on the second floor near the elevator. We are happy to make appointments outside of our regular hours or on Saturdays to schedule showings if needed. Renters can call or email us to set up an appointment—some paperwork will be required in order to schedule a showing. Tiara can be reached by email at tiara@worcesterqualityapartments.com but does not keep regular business hours; her time is split between the office and our properties. When we aren’t in the office our answering service, also available at 508-756-9220, will reach out immediately to our on-call maintenance crew for emergencies, or will leave a message for the office for non-emergencies.
